(16oz.) frozen pizza dough
2 cups
fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced, about 8 oz.
1 can (28 oz.)
Classico™ Whole Peeled Pear Tomatoes with Fresh Basil
1/4 cup
fresh basil leaves, whole
Thaw dough according to package directions.<br />
Preheat oven 450°F.<br />
Roll dough to about 18" across. Crush tomatoes with your hands and spread evenly over the dough. Arrange cheese and basil leaves evenly on the tomatoes.<br />
Place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles.<br />
